Charlette Jones of Women Encouraging Sons will present the 2018 Urbana Arts Grant, Rejoicing through Pain with Hip Hop
c. Arts & Culture Discussion
Public Arts Coordinator Rachel Storm will lead a discussion of initial research on arts and cultural programs and mission statement ideas.
