Piatt County Mapping Committee met May 2.

The Mapping Committee of the Piatt County Board met on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 in Room 104 of the Courthouse. The meeting was called to order at 10 a.m. by Bob Murrell. Attending were: Al Manint, Ray Spencer, Robert Murrell, Eric Seibring, Leanne Brehob-Riley, Nicole Darby, and Keri Nusbaum.
MOTION: Spencer made motion, seconded by Manint to approve the minutes of the April 4, 2018 meeting as written. All in favor, motion carried.
New Business:
There were no expense claims for April.
Leanne Brehob-Riley from CCGIS was in attendance to present the proposed contract for the upcoming year. There are a few changes. Page 3, a language change regarding updates. There has been an increase in hourly support fees. Level 1 support will increase to $44.50 per hour ($1), Level 2 (.50) and Level 3 ($1). The data hosting fee will be 1051.57, a $370 increase for software maintenance. Web hosting will increase by $15 to $1,901.25. The total increase in the contract amount will be $390.
Motion: Manint made motion, seconded by Spencer to present the contract to the full board for approval. Roll was called, all in favor.
Tom Tom has requested the verbiage to be changed for the website agreement. Brehob-Riley said that Champaign County has changed theirs. She said she will share the changes.
Motion: Manint made motion, seconded by Spencer to table the verbiage for Tom-Tom to the June meeting. On voice vote, all in favor and the motion carried.
Safety: There were no safety concerns.
Comments: Brehob-Riley suggested an increase in the cost of the subscription agreement.
Seibring said since the drainage layer has been added, now may be a good time.
Motion: Spencer made motion, seconded by Manint to adjourn. All in favor, and the meeting adjourned at 10:26 a.m.
