Piatt County Mapping Committee met April 4.

The Mapping Committee of the Piatt County Board met on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 in Room 104 of the Courthouse. The meeting was called to order at 10 a.m. by Chairman Al Manint.
Attending were: Manint, Ray Spencer, Robert Murrell, Eric Seibring, and Keri Nusbaum.
MOTION: Spencer made motion, seconded by Murrell to approve the minutes of the March 7, 2018 meeting as written. All in favor, motion carried.
New Business:
Expense claims for March were presented.
Motion: Spencer made motion, seconded by Murrell to approve the invoice of $4232.82 from CCGIS.
The drainage district is still showing as a draft.
Leanne Brehob-Riley from CCGIS will attend the May meeting to present next year’s contract.
Safety: There were no safety concerns.

Motion: Spencer made motion, seconded by Murrell to adjourn. All in favor, and the meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
