Appeal of Lisa Streb, BHS Four Seasons Landscaping Inc., 58 Hutchings Road, Rochester, NY 14624, for a Home Occupation Permit to operate a landscaping business, whereas, this shall be permitted upon obtaining permission from the Zoning Board of Appeals, and for two (2) area variances: one to allow two (2) employees, whereas, no more than one person other than members of the immediate family residing on the premises may be employed; and one to allow landscape trucks and trailers to be visible outside, whereas, no storage or display of materials, goods, supplies or equipment related to the operation of a home occupation, whereas, this shall be permitted upon obtaining permission from the Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to Chapter 210-51, Chapter 210-51 C (4) and Chapter 210-51 B (7) respectively in an R-1 Residential District. 2. Appeal of Steven Kuter, C & S Lawn Equipment Services, 4143 Buffalo Road, Rochester, NY 14624, for a Home Occupation Permit and three (3) variances on property located at same, whereas, this shall be permitted upon obtaining permission from the Zoning Board of Appeals with three (3) variances: for conducting the business not entirely with a dwelling; stock-in-trade are kept and/or sold; and storage and display of related materials are visible, whereas, the occupation will be conducted entirely within a dwelling and whereas, no stock-in-trade is kept and/or sold, and whereas, no storage or display of related materials are visible, respectively pursuant to Chapter 210-51; Chapter 210-51 C (1), Chapter 210-51 C(6), and Chapter 210-51 C (7) in an R-1 Residential District. 1. Appeal of Robert & Bonnie Gary, 2709 Union Street, Spencerport, NY 14559, for three (3) area variances on property located at same, to construct a 40’ x 60’ x 22’8” (2,400 sq. ft.) pole barn, whereas, no accessory building(s) may exceed 600 square feet total, and whereas, no accessory structure of 121 square feet or greater shall exceed 15 feet height. And to install a 4’ tall open construction fence in the front yard, whereas, fences shall not exceed three (3) feet in height in front yards, respectively pursuant to Chapter 210-28 F (3)(b), Chapter 210-54 B (1) and Chapter 210-47 A (8) (a) in an R-1 Residential District. 2. Appeal of Steven Wallace, 41 Windmill Trail, Rochester, NY 14624, for an area variance on property located at same, to construct a 10’ x 14’ accessory building to be located in the front yard, whereas, detached accessory buildings shall be located to the rear of the front building line of the principal building, pursuant to Chapter 210-54 A (1) in an R-1 Residential District. Appeal of Joseph Hutt, 9 Donlin Drive, Rochester, NY 14624 for two (2) area variances to install a 6’ high, solid construction privacy fence, whereas, fences shall not exceed four feet in height in side and rear yards and any fence in a residential district and shall be of open and permanent construction, pursuant to Chapter 210-47 A (8) (a) and Chapter 210-47 B (1) respectively in an R-1 Residential District. 4.
