Village of Fisher Board of Trustees met March 3.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
I. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. in the Village Hall. It was noted that Notice of the Special Meeting had been duly made by posting it at the Village Hall, delivering it to the Board of Trustees, and providing it to the press all at least 48 hours prior to the meeting that publication had also been made in the News Gazette.
II. Present were Trustees Debra Estes, Kevin Henderson, Angela Seidelman and Dan Spaulding. Also present from the Village were Ron Ragle from public works and water and wastewater, Jeremy Reale from Finance and Administration and Attorney Marc Miller.
III. Individuals from Illinois American Water were present to answer questions from the public about their services and the upcoming purchase of the water and wastewater systems from the Village.
IV. By about 10:00 a.m. there were no Trustees in attendance. Since there was no longer a quorum and no trustees were in attendance it was determined that the meeting had concluded.
