1. Appeal of Taouk Development for property located at 2715 Manitou Road, Spencerport, NY 14559, for three (3) area variances: One (1) variance to allow 24 apartments, whereas, no apartment building shall contain more than eight dwelling units; and two (2) variances to allow a three-story building with a height of 45’, whereas, no apartment building shall be over two and one-half (2 ½) stories or 35’ in height, respectively pursuant to Chapters 210-30 C(1) (b) and 210-30 C (1)(a) in a Multiple Family Residential District. III. PUBLIC HEARING NEW BUSINESS:
1. Appeal of Darlene Holtz, Darlene’s Hair Salon, 385 Gillett Road, Spencerport, NY 14559, to renew a Home Occupation Permit to operate a hair salon, on property located at same, whereas, this shall be permitted upon obtaining permission from the Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to Chapter 210-51 in an R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct. # 102.02-1-39.11
2. Appeal of Peter Dolgos of Delaware River Solar, LLC for property located at 760 Washington Street & Colby Street, for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a Solar array, on property located at same, whereas, this may be permitted upon obtaining permission from the Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to Chapter 210-35.3 SESO in a Rural Residential District. Tax Acct. #100.02-2-11& 100.04-2-1.1 & 101.03- 1-1
3. Appeal of Randy Freeman to renew a Special Use Permit for property located at 2260 Westside Drive, Rochester, NY 14624 to use the single family residence as The Genesis Conference of the Free Methodist Church, whereas, this use may be permitted upon obtaining approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to Chapter 210-85 in a R-1 Residential District. Tax Acct. #132.01-2-54
