Cerro Gordo Community Unit School District 100 Board of Trustees met October 30.

The Special Meeting of the CGCU #100 Board of Education was called to order by President Henricks at 5:39 p.m. in the high school band room.
Board members Freese, Greenwood, Hayes, Henricks, Miller, Piraino and Runyen answered roll call. Also present was Superintendent Robinson and Larry Dirks from IASB.
Hayes moved to adjourn to executive session at 5:42 p.m. for 5 ILCS 120/2C (13) – Board self-evaluation. Piraino seconded the motion. Roll call: Greenwood, yea; Hayes, yea; Henricks, yea; Miller, yea; Piraino, yea; Runyen, yea; Freese, yea. Motion carried, all yeas.
Runyen moved to return from executive session at 8:30 p.m. Miller seconded the motion which was carried unanimously.
Piraino moved to approve the minutes of executive session as having been read in executive session. Greenwood seconded the motion. Roll call: Hayes, yea; Henricks, yea; Miller, yea; Piraino, yea; Runyen, yea; Freese, yea; Greenwood, yea. Motion carried, all yeas,
As there was no further action to come before the board, Freese moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:57 p.m. Piraino seconded the motion which carried unanimously, Meeting adjourned.
