Village of Ogden Conservation Board met Oct. 3.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
Present: R. Collins, H. Ewell, Dario Marchioni, D. Pulhamus, W. Parkhurst
Absent: D. Agostini, T. Smith
I. Subdivisions:
1. Burkovskiy & Burkovskaya Site Plan: Single lot Subdivision: West of 1171 Ogden Parma Townline Road
Findings:
1. Percolation rates were between 10 and 17 minutes.
2. No bedrock or mineral deposits were found in the deep hole.
3. The drainage pattern is not well defined as it leaves the graded portion heading towards the drainage to Salmon Creek.
4. An Agricultural Data Statement was supplied.
5. Part 2 of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was filled out.
Recommendations:
1. The drainage pattern from the graded area would benefit if it was defined all the way to the drainage way.
2. The erosion control should be properly installed and maintained during construction.
3. The Conservation Board views this as an Unlisted SEQRA Action and recommends a Negative Declaration, if the concerns of the Town Engineer and Highway Superintendent are satisfied.
