6.67-acre tract of land located within one and one-half mile of the Village of

Savoy’s Extra Territorial Jurisdiction identified as:

1145 C.R. 900E, Champaign, Illinois, Part of the SE ¼ of SEC 4, T18N, R8E.,

P.I.N. 29-26-04-400-007 including Lots 100, 200, 201 and 202 of the Terrace

Subdivision, Champaign County, Illinois Pending Tax Pin P.I.N. 29-26-04-400-001
