1. Award of Contract – Reclamite

a) Approve the requirement for competitive bids be waived and b) Award a contract to Corrective Asphalt Materials, LLC to apply Reclamite® to an estimated 37,975 square yards at the unit price of $0.79 SY in FY17/18.

2. Award of Contract Extension – Crack Sealing

Award a contract extension for crack sealing services to SKC Construction for an amount not to exceed $100,000 with all work completed based on the year two unit bid price of $0.34/lineal foot.

3. Award of Contract – Mechanics Bay Flooring Refinishing

Award a contract to Billy’s Custom Flooring, Marengo, IL to complete the maintenance bay cement floor resurfacing for an amount not-to-exceed $14,000.

4. Ordinance – Surplus Real Estate, 435 E. Lake Avenue & 669 Washington Street

a) Approval of an Ordinance finding 435 E. Lake Street to be surplus real estate and authorize actions for the sale of said surplus real estate. b) Approval of an Ordinance finding 669 Washington Street to be surplus real estate and authorize actions for the sale of said surplus real estate.

5. Ordinance – PUD & SUP for 2000 S. Eastwood

a) Approval of an Ordinance authorizing a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development with a gasoline station at 2000 S. Eastwood Drive, Woodstock, Illinois. b) Approval of an Ordinance authorizing a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision for Pearl Street Woodstock PUD Plat.

6. Ordinance – Train Depot Lease

a) Approval of an Ordinance authorizing a Lease Agreement Between the City of Woodstock and Church Street Café for the lease of the Woodstock Train Station and authorizing the execution of the Consent to Sublease agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company.

7. Approval for the Benton Street Boardwalk – Liquor License Outdoor Service

Request Approve the request to allow the extension of restaurant seating with service of alcohol, incidental to food, under the businesses respective liquor licenses onto the created Boardwalk on the Benton Street public way in the City of Woodstock.

8. Approval for the Benton Street Boardwalk – Reconsideration of the Purchasing Ordinance Allowing Inclusion of Benton Street Tap, Establishing Rules and Regulations, and Seasonal Parking Restrictions

a) Approve an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements in relation to the Benton Street Boardwalk Project to include purchasing decking for the four requesting businesses, and b) Approve an Ordinance for the City of Woodstock establishing Rules and

Regulations for the Benton Street Boardwalk, and c) Approve an Ordinance Imposing Certain Temporary Traffic and Parking Restrictions for the Benton Street Boardwalk in the City Of Woodstock, McHenry County, Illinois.
