Appeal of: Alec Ollies to construct a single family home and barn on 21.24 acres located between 643 and 651 Gillett Road in a Single Family Residential District. This development will be serviced by public water and private sanitary facilities.

Please take notice that at the Ogden Planning Board meeting, which was held on May11, 2017 preliminary and final approval was granted with the following contingencies:

• Satisfy the concerns of the Town Engineer

• Satisfy the concerns of the Highway Superintendent

Appeal of: Nicholas Randazzo for Fawn Meadows Section 2-Application of Nicholas Randazzo to subdivide this 7.7 acre property into 3 residential lots and construct a single family home on ech lot. This property is located at 157 Ogden Parma Town Line Road in a single family residential district and will be serviced by Public water and private sanitary facilities.
