Town of the City of Champaign Board of Trustees met April 11.

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Deputy Chairman Faraci at 7:11 p.m.
Board Members Present: Matthew Gladney William Kyles Michael La Due Greg Stock Angie Brix Tom Bruno Paul Faraci Clarissa Fourman
Board Members Absent: Chairperson Feinen
Others Present: Andrew Quarnstrom, Township Supervisor Fred Stavins, Township Attorney
Approval of Minutes: Board Member Bruno, seconded by Board Member La Due, moved to approve the following minutes:
March 7, 2017 Regular Board Meeting
A Voice Vote was taken on the motion to approve the minutes; all voted yes. Motion carried.
Correspondence: None
Approval of Summary of Checks Written - All Funds, February 2017: February showed the total for the Town Fund was $37,698.88; General Assistance was $11,027.97: IMRF was $4,018.12; and the Social Security Fund was $574.20. Total expenditures for the month of February 2017 were $53,319.17. Board Member Bruno, seconded by Board Member La Due, moved to accept and place on file the summary of checks. Supervisor Quarnstrom noted no remarkable expenditures for the month. A Voice Vote was taken; all voted yes. Motion carried.
Audience Participation: None
Town Board and Townshipsupervisor's Comment:
Supervisor Quarnstrom noted the Townships new participation with the CU Fresh Start Program, providing an additional funding source, and Working with the program. He thanked City staff for reaching out to the Township to assist with the program. In addition, he thanked Board Member La Due and Faraci for their years of service. Deputy Chairman Faraci thanked Supervisor Quarnstrom for the work he has done for the Township; and noted he looks forward to continued work with Supervisor Quarnstrom via the Assessor's Office.
Next Meeting: Deputy Chairman Faraci noted the next meeting will be the Regular Township Meeting of May 2, 2017.
Adjournment: Board Member La Due, seconded by Board Member Stock, moved to adjourn. A voice vote was taken on the motion to adjourn; all voted yes. Motion carried.
