Rantoul Village Board of Trustees met March 28.

Roll Call:
The Village Clerk called the roll, finding the following members present:
Mayor Charles Smith and Trustees, Gary Wilson, Tony Brown, Jennifer Fox, Hank Gamel and Chad Smith -6.
Public Participation:
There were no Rantoul Citizens to Participate.
Presentation by Joelle Earl, GovHR US, USA:
“Note from the rantoul village clerk, all of the agenda items listed below carried by a roll call vote of 5 to 0, unless otherwise noted below”
• Motion to pass Ordinance No. 2518, an ordinance approving the annual budget for fiscal year 2017 – 2018 (Employee Pay Plan Included). Trustee Brown moved for approval and Trustee Smith seconded the motion.
• Motion to approve FY 2017 – 2018 annual employee benefits package. Trustee Fox moved for approval and Trustee Brown seconded the motion.
Adjournment:
Trustee Fox moved to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Rantoul Village Board and Trustee Wilson seconded the motion. The Clerk Called the Roll and the motion passed by a vote of 5 – 0.
