Ford County Finance Committee met March 29.

The Finance Committee met on Wednesday, March 29,2017, at B:30 A.M. in the Small Courtroom in the Courthouse. Those in attendance were: Chairman McCall, Mr. Nuss, Mr. Berger and Mr. Lindgren. Also in attendance were Sheriff Doran. Mr. Ferguson was seated at 9:15 A.M. Mr. May and County Clerk Fredrick were not present
A Resolution for the County Clerk to Hire was added to the Agenda for review. Mr. Nuss moved to approve the updated Agenda. Mr. McCall seconded it. Voice Vote - Carried
Sheriff Doran discussed the bids that came in for a jail management system. CIS came in the lowest.
Bids were sealed and opened by Sheriff Doran. Sheriff Doran did check out this system in Boon County.
The Committee reviewed a Resolution for the County Clerk to hire. After review, was decided to allow the County Clerk to advertise for one of the two open positions.
Mr. Nuss moved to adjourn; Mr. McCall seconded it.
