b) A RESOLUTION CONCERNING AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR 206 S. LINCOLN STREET, VILLAGE OF MAHOMET, IL FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL TWO-FAMILY DISTRICT TO R-3 RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT.

c) A RESOLUTION CONCERNING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A THREE (3) BUILDING SHOPPING CENTER COMPLEX ON UNDEVELOPED LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF OAK STREET AND CHURCHILL ROAD, VILLAGE OF MAHOMET, IL.
