The Rantoul Village Board of Trustees met Aug. 16 to pass zoning ordinance.

Rantoul Village Hall Conference Room

A special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rantoul was held at

6:00 P.M.; Mayor Smith called the proceeding to order.

Roll Call

The Village Clerk called the roll, finding the following members present:

Mayor Charles Smith and Trustees, Gary Wilson, Ken Turner, Jennifer Fox, and

Hank Gamel -5.

The following representatives of the Village departments were also present:

Jeff Fiegenschuh, Village Administrator; Dan Culkin and David Silver, Inspection.

Public Participation

There were no Rantoul Citizens to Participate.

“NOTE FROM THE RANTOUL VILLAGE CLERK, ALL OF THE AGENDA

ITEMS LISTED BELOW CARRIED BY A ROLL CALL VOTE OF 5 TO 0,

UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED BELOW”

? Motion to pass Ordinance No. 2491, AN ORDINANCE GRANTING

SPECIAL USE UNDER THE VILLAGE OF RANTOUL ZONING

ORDINACE. (214 South Garrard Street). Trustee Fox moved for approval

and Trustee Wilson seconded the motion.

Adjournment

Trustee Fox moved to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Rantoul Village

Board and Trustee Turner Seconded the motion. The Clerk Called the Roll

and the motion passed by a vote of 5 – 0.

MEETING ADJOURNED AT 6:06 P.M.
