The Bloomington City Council met in a special session Monday to consider allowing alcohol at the Miller Park Zoo and Pavilion during this weekend's ZooDo.
"The City Council meets on the 2nd and 4th Mondays every month at 7:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers on the 2nd Level. All City Council meetings are open to the public and are handicap accessible."
