The Village of Mahomet has started a crack sealing project in several different communities.
The project began on Sept. 13. The contractor plans to work through six different subdivisions, but may not be able to complete all areas by the end of the year.
The first subdivision in the crack sealing project is Lakes at Riverbend. Up next will be areas along Main, Division, and State streets.
The next neighborhoods include Oak Creek, followed by Sandy Ridge, and then Timber Ridge subdivision. Last on the project list is the Craig Drive area, which includes Dianne Court, Raymond Court and Raymond Drive.
