The Champaign City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday to approve a grant agreement with the Federal Emergency Management Agency for technical rescue training.

The Champaign City Council meets at 7 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in council chambers at the city building, 102 N. Neil St.
