The city of Champaign's 2016 Pavement Marking Project began Monday and will end Nov. 1.
This change in service will impact the city by having new markings on the streets of the city. The decision to change this service was made because the old markings on the streets need to be removed.
As a result of this change of service, periodic lane shifts and closures are expected during working hours. Motorists are asked to pay extra attention to construction signs.
