The Urbana Plan Commission met May 5 to consider a request by the Urbana zoning administrator to adopt the 2016 Urbana Bicycle Master Plan as an amendment to the 2005 Urbana Comprehensive Plan.
The commission also considered a request on behalf of Vision Housing for preliminary and final approval of a Residential Planned Unit Development at 802, 804 and 806 S. Lincoln Ave. and 809 W. Nevada St. in the R-4, Medium Density Multiple Family Residential, and R-5, Medium High Density Multiple Family Residential Zoning Districts.
The board also reviewed a request by Lacey’s Place to rezone a 0.81-acre parcel at 805 N. Lincoln Ave. from the B-1, Neighborhood Business Zoning District, to B-3, General Business Zoning District.
The board meets at 400 S. Vine St.
