Urbana's Community Alternative Policing board hears updates

The city of Urbana's Community Alternative Policing advisory board met Thursday in the King School Library to hear updates on a number of issues, including community development.

The committee also heard reports from Mayor Laurel Prussing and Alderman Aaron Ammons, in addition to a representative from the Urbana Police Department.

The board's next meeting will be Aug. 18 at 5:30 p.m.
