The Board of Trustees in the village of Philo met May 11 to hear reports from the village engineer on the striping of Washington Street and the construction of a Veteran's Memorial sidewalk.

The board received an update on building permits and post office repairs, and the village treasurer presented the April finance report.
The Philo board will next meet June 8 at 127 W. Washington St.
