The city of Urbana Committee of the Whole met Monday to reduce the fine for possession of cannabis paraphernalia from $300 to $50.
The committee also approved a promotional agreement for the Pygmalion Festival, and amended the Urbana City Code as it pertained to ambulance services and the schedule of fees for licenses and permits.
The committee also amended the code to increase the time allotted for settling violations from 14 to 28 days.
