The city of Urbana Free Library's Board of Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday to approve the payment of bills and payroll and to discuss other agenda items.
Bills for the month came in at just over $101,000, in addition to four-week payroll expenses of $180,000. Separately, the trustees will approve an $11,700 contract for heating and air conditioning repairs.
The library's computer and Internet use policy and employee vacation and leave policy will also be discussed. Reports of the liaison officer, Friends of The Urbana Free Library and the Urbana Free Library Foundation are also on the agenda.
The board will meet at the Urbana Free Library, 210 W. Green St.
