The Savoy board of trustees met Wednesday at the Savoy Municipal Center to consider an asbestos remediation contract for three local properties.
The work would cover 106 W. Church St., 114 W. Church St., and 103 W. Main St.
The trustees were also expected to consider amending the village's parking ordinances to extend parking prohibitions to areas of several local streets.
The Savoy board of trustees includes John Brown, Joan Dykstra, Jan Carter Niccum, Rebecca Pittman, R. Dee Shonkwiler and Bill Smith.
