The Homer board of trustees will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at Village Hall to vote on new water rates for 2016-17.
The trustees are also expected to consider the village's 2016 mosquito plan, a Class D liquor license for Main Street Belly Deli, a plan for the village's farmers' market and a USDA Rural Business Development Grant.
