The Urbana Plan Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday on the 2016 Urbana Bicycle Master Plan.
The commission will also hold a hearing on the city's request to rezone residentially zoned properties at 305 E. Elm St., 307 E. Elm St., 205 S. Urbana Ave., 306 E Green St., and 308 E. Green St. to central business district zoning.
Following the hearings, the commission will present its annual update of the city's zoning map.
