The nonincorporated property at 3106 N. Cunningham Ave. in Somer Township is contiguous to the city's boundaries. The vote was prompted by a petition for annexation between DGS Properties LLC and the city.
The annexation became official Tuesday, and the property will be incorporated into the city as a light industrial or office property.
