Rantoul approves redevelopment agreement with Cameron-Juday

The village of Rantoul Board of Trustees unanimously approved a redevelopment agreement with Cameron-Juday LLC for work on the Chanute Development Project Area.

The agreement provides tax incentives to Cameron-Juday for an asbestos remediation project at the Chanute Development Project Area, also know as Redevelopment Project Area No. 1.

The agreement was passed Dec. 8.
