Homersign

The Homer Board of Trustees held its regular meeting Nov 15, advancing the village's tax levy with a provision to add $1,000 to workman's compensation.

The Board also approved payments to a number of contractors for repairs to Village Hall, including $6,500 to J&S Drywall for drywall and painting, $2,500 to Ray Heating and Plumbing for plumbing, and $5,772 to Three Brothers for doors and frames.

Board members noted that the Village Attorney Paul Hendren was preparing a zero-lot line ordinance for multi-family dwellings that would be voted on by the board at its Dec 14. meeting.
