The previous Emergency Restraining Order (here) issued on Friday evening against the Champaign County Clerk and Deputy Clerk has been reversed late this morning.
According to the Champaign News-Gazette, another hearing was held this morning (Saturday) after the State’s Attorney filed a motion to reverse the TRO.
The Judge granted the motion and reversed the TRO with a hearing still scheduled for Monday morning at 10:30.
