Champaign Co. TRO Reversed; Hearing on Monday
The previous Emergency Restraining Order (here) issued on Friday evening against the Champaign County Clerk and Deputy Clerk has been reversed late this morning. According to the Champaign News-Gazette, another hearing was held this morning (Saturday) after the State’s Attorney filed a motion to reverse the TRO. The Judge granted the motion and reversed the TRO with a hearing still scheduled for Monday morning at 10:30. We will livestream Monday’s Hearing onto our YouTube, Facebook, and Webpage.

At 6:40 p.m. on Friday evening, November 4, 2022, Champaign County Associate Judge Anna M. Benjamin signed a Temporary Restraining Order against Champaign County Clerk Arron Ammons, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Jett.
