Marc Miller discussed roles and guidelines for the Planning and Zoning committee with regards to special use permit.
Heiser motioned to approve special use permit on commercial property 2nd by McCool
Roll call vote: Heiser-yes, Welborn-yes, McCool-yes, Bayler-yes. Motion carried.
Heiser motioned to adjourn, 2nd by Welborn, Voice vote: all yes. Motion carried. Time: 5:45pm
