A section of the eastbound lane on Kirby Avenue, between Grandview Drive and Neil Street, will be closed to traffic starting Wednesday, October 8 at 8 a.m. The closure is necessary for A&A Concrete to pour concrete panels at the southeast corner of Kirby Avenue and State Street.
