According to the department, a demolition permit valued at $300,000 was issued on September 30, 2025, for a church located at 401 S. Wright St. Additionally, an alteration permit worth $332,491 was issued on October 1, 2025, for a medical office at 101 W. University Ave.
The total overall construction value in Champaign for the year 2025 stands at $223,962,131.
