As part of the 2025 Infrastructure Maintenance project, Feutz Contractors will replace pavement next to the bridge over Phinney Branch between Ivy Court and Branch Road. This work will require temporary lane closures on Mattis Avenue, reducing traffic to one northbound and one southbound lane on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. Access for residents living near the construction area will not be affected.
