The meeting was hosted at Y on the Fly, with Capricia Whittaker, Director of Y on the Fly and a Blueprint Partner, providing the space for attendees. The location was chosen to ensure accessibility for nearby residents.

Participants included representatives from organizations such as Y on the Fly, First Followers, Street College, R.A.C.E.S., A Cry for You, DREAAM, and LIFT. Mayor Deborah Frank Feinen attended alongside Council Members Matthew Gladney, Vanna Pianfetti, Kathy Shannon, Bob Pollett, and Champaign Police Chief Timothy Tyler.
