A&R Services will close one northbound lane of Neil Street between Bellefontaine Street and Kenyon Road on Monday, September 15, 2025. The closure is scheduled to allow for water service work at 1410 N. Neil Street. According to the City of Champaign, the lane reduction will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., weather permitting. During this period, northbound traffic on Neil Street in the affected area will be limited to a single lane.
