B. Discussion and Consideration of Ordinance 25-O-12 amending Chapter 38, Article II to repeal Section 38-2-6, “Utility Deposits.”

C. Discussion and Consideration of task orders from Donahue Engineers for the sewer department.

• Task order .083 Storm and sanitary sewer map update cost $2,500

• Task order .081 7th street and Guthrie Drainage improvements cost $4,500

• Task order .082 Wastewater Plant NPDES/CSO permit renewal cost $6,500

• Task order .080 Wastewater System project plan and IEPA SRF loan / grant nomination form cost $28,500

• Total of all tasks not to exceed $43,000

 D. Discussion and Consideration for decorating the two pots at the main Welcome Sign for the Harvest Festival. Cost not to exceed $200.
