Illinois softball has released its fall 2025 schedule, with head coach Tyra Perry leading the team through a series of games at Eichelberger Field in Urbana. The team will play nine home games before concluding the season with the Orange and Blue World Series.

The fall campaign starts on September 21, when Illinois hosts Parkland College for a 10-inning game. The following weekend, the Orange & Blue Bash will feature a tripleheader, beginning with a neutral matchup and followed by games against Illinois Wesleyan and Heartland Community College.

In October, Illinois opens with a midweek contest against Danville Area Community College on October 1. On Saturday of that week, Eichelberger Field will host the Eichelberger Games, starting with Indiana State facing Southwestern Illinois College in a neutral game. The Fighting Illini will then play both teams as part of another tripleheader.

On Sunday, October 5, Missouri visits for a 10-inning matchup before Illinois takes on Kaskaskia College later that day.

The annual Alumni Game is scheduled for Sunday, October 12. The team wraps up its fall schedule from October 14 to 16 with the three-game Orange and Blue World Series.

Coach Tyra Perry said in the announcement: "We are excited to announce our fall schedule and look forward to competing at home in front of our fans."

All games are set to take place at Eichelberger Field in Urbana.
