A. Discussion and Consideration for the Gibson City Restoration Association regarding the Brownsfield Assessment.

B. Discussion & Consideration to approve the upgrade and moving of dugout at West Park ball field, paid by donation from Youth Baseball Board.

C. Discussion & Consideration to approve Fehr-Graham to complete and submit and OSLAD Grant Application / opportunity to be awarded up to $600,000 – towards new pool project. Cost of application fee is not to exceed $5,000.

D. Discussion & Approval of Ordinance 2025-O-11; to retain Grocery Sales Tax of 1%.

E. Discussion and Approval for EPA recommendation, presented by City Superintendent, Tyler Martin.

F. Discussion and Consideration of the Ordinance Authorizing Boundary Modifications to the area known as the Bloomington-Normal Enterprise Zone.

G. Discussion and Approval to pay McLean County Asphalt for the oil and chip completion.

H. Motion to Enter into Executive Session for the limited purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, compensation and performance of one or more specific city employees pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1).

I. Return to regular session.

J. Discussion and Consideration regarding hiring additional personnel.
