Village of Fisher Planning and Zoning Commission met June 12

Roll Call: Heiser-Present, Welborn-Present, McCool-Absent, Pierce-Present, Zehr-Present Meeting called to order at 5:22 pm.
Public comment:
Several members of the public asked questions regarding agenda items. Questions were answered by Petitioners in attendance.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Committee voted 4 to 0 in favor of rezone of 4 properties from R1-Single family to R2-Multifamily filed by B&B Residential Development Group, LLC. Properties located at:
• Lot 1 Heritage Estates West Subdivision, 607 Patterson Dr PIN (Parcel Identification Number) 02-01-36-381-001
• Lot 2 Heritage Estates West Subdivision, 605 Patterson Dr PIN (Parcel Identification Number) 02-01-36-381-002
• Lot 47 Heritage Estates West Subdivision, 608 Patterson Dr PIN (Parcel Identification Number) 02-01-36-380-034
• Lot 46 Heritage Estates West Subdivision, 606 Patterson Dr PIN (Parcel Identification Number) 02-01-36-380-033
Request for a rezone of 4 properties from R1-Single family to R2-Multifamily located at 605, 606, 607 and 608 Patterson Dr.

The Committee voted 3 to 0 to approve the final plat of proposed R-2 Multifamily development by Brett Pierce for property located at Southeast corner of Lot 2 of George W Samuel Subdivision. PIN (Parcel Identification Number) 16-07-01-231-006.
