The Illinois men's tennis team concluded its 2025 season with a defeat in the NCAA Tournament’s first round, falling to the University of Oklahoma. The tournament, held at TCU's Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center in Fort Worth, Texas, saw No. 24 Oklahoma secure a dominant 4-0 victory against Illinois.
Under the guidance of head coach Brad Dancer, Illinois made its 18th appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
