Mia Morello and Tori Thomas participated in the pole vault competition at the 44 Farms Invitational on April 12, 2025, in College Station, Texas. Tori Thomas successfully secured second place with a mark of 4.43 meters, equivalent to 14 feet 6 1/4 inches. Mia Morello achieved a notable fourth-place finish, clearing a height of 4.38 meters, or 14 feet 4 1/2 inches, which ranks as the third-best in the program's history.
The performance at the Invitational sets the pace for the Orange and Blue track and field team as they prepare for their upcoming competitions. The team is scheduled to compete at the Tom Jones Invitational in Gainesville, Florida, and the UVA Challenge in Charlottesville, Virginia, next weekend on April 18-19.
