GAHHS announces early closures due to severe weather conditions

The GAHHS locations have announced early closures on February 12, 2025, due to hazardous weather and road conditions. Patients are advised to call ahead before traveling to any of these facilities.

Family Health Care of Fairbury, located at 221 Wal-Crest Drive, will close at 2 pm. The Family Health Care of Farmer City at 1230 George Rock Rd. will close at noon. Family Health Care of Gibson City, situated at #7 Doctors Park, will shut its doors at 3 pm.

GAH Cardio Pulmonary Rehab and GAH Cardiology Clinic, both located in the Medical Office Building's second floor in Gibson City, will close by noon. GAH Elite Sport and Fitness in Fairbury is scheduled to close at 5 pm.

The GAH General Surgery Clinic on the Medical Office Building's second floor will close by 3 pm. Gibson Health of Cissna Park at 510 Prairie Lane and Gibson Health of Hoopeston on S. Dixie Hwy are set to close by 3:30 pm.

Gibson Health of Mahomet on Patton Dr., as well as the GAH Oncology Clinic and GAH Outpatient Clinic on the Hospital Main Campus, will all be closing by noon.

Gibson Health of Onarga located on W. Seminary is scheduled for a closure time of 4 pm. Meanwhile, Gibson Health of Watseka on E. Walnut St., along with The Paxton Clinic on N. Market St., plan to end operations by 3 pm.

GAH Patient Financial Services located on the second floor of Heartland Bank and County Market (1st Street) Customer Service will also be closing early at 3 pm.

In case of a true medical emergency during this period, individuals are urged to call emergency services at "9-1-1."
