Due to adverse weather conditions, the schedule for the Illinois softball team at the Roar City Invitational has been modified. The tournament, held in Champaign, Illinois, will see the Fighting Illini begin their participation on Thursday.

Illinois will first compete against host Tennessee State at 2 p.m., followed by a game against Mercer scheduled for approximately 4:30 p.m. On Friday, Illinois is set to face Stony Brook at 10 a.m. and then have a rematch with Mercer at 2:30 p.m.

Currently, no changes have been announced for Saturday's schedule. However, Sunday's game against Stony Brook has been canceled due to alterations in the tournament format.
