Gameday Spirit Fanstore, in partnership with the University of Illinois Division of Intercollegiate Athletics, has announced a special event to honor Illini Basketball legend Terrence Shannon Jr. The celebration will take place on February 15, coinciding with the Fighting Illini's game against Michigan State at State Farm Center. During the event, Shannon's jersey will be raised to the rafters.

Fans attending the game will receive a commemorative Terrence Shannon Jr. t-shirt placed on every seat in the arena. These shirts are provided by Illinois Athletics and are sized XL. Additional sizes can be purchased both in-store and online at Gameday Spirit.

Before the game, fans have an opportunity to meet Shannon at an exclusive signing event at Gameday Spirit's Neil Street store from 2-4 p.m. Attendees must purchase one of several eligible items to participate in the signing session.

A new Terrence Shannon Jr. commemorative collection will also debut, featuring a limited-edition bobblehead as part of the Illini Legends Collectibles series. These will be available for purchase starting February 14.
