Lexanne Halama achieved a new career-low 54-hole score of 207 (-9) at the Illini Women's Invitational at Medinah, tying for third place. Competing as an individual, she recorded 17 birdies, the second-most in the field. Halama set a career-low single-round score of 67 (-5) in both the first and second rounds.
Halama was recognized as an Academic All-Big Ten, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, CSC Academic All-District, and WGCA All-American Scholar during the 2023-24 academic year. She graduated from Illinois in spring 2024 with a degree in integrative biology and is now pursuing a master's degree in the same field.
