A limited number of tickets remain available for the upcoming Kickin' Cancer dinner and auction, scheduled for Tuesday, April 16 at Gordyville USA in Gifford, Illinois. Illinois Head Coach Brad Underwood will be joined by well-known TV analyst Bill Raftery and Oakland Head Coach Greg Kampe as special guests at this year's event.
Bill Raftery has recently completed his 43rd season of broadcasting college basketball games, including his 10th Final Four. Greg Kampe is noted as the longest-serving Division I coach in the nation, marking his 40th season with a notable upset victory over Kentucky in this year's NCAA Tournament.
The event will take place at Gordyville, a horse show arena located approximately 30 minutes from Champaign. Although the event features a western theme, attendees are encouraged to wear Illini gear. The program will run from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., featuring dinner along with silent and live auctions. Attendees can expect memorable stories and entertainment from the speakers on stage.
Tickets for the event are nearing sellout status but are still available for purchase online at coachesvscancerillinois.com.
